The counseling sessions can be considered as a one-on-one workshop, where you will be enlightened with practical tools on the following proven, time-tested aspects of holistic living. A package consists of 5 sessions as follows :

  • Introduction to basic Yoga and Pranayama
  • Breathing and sound exercises
  • Herbal tea and supplements preparation with kitchen herbs, for the relief from various common ailments
  • Tapping energy meridians with positive affirmations
  • Inspiration counseling and exercises to give you a higher perspective of yourself and your current life situation. This would spur you to look for creative solutions and make positive lifestyle changes.
